Mauricio Lissovsky is a historian, has a doctorate in Communication from the ECO\/UFRJ, and is a researcher at the N\u00facleo IDEA. He is particularly dedicated to photography (theory, language and history), and is currently developing<\/span>, in cooperation with professor Beatriz Jaguaribe, the project \u201cObra Getuliana: Fotografia p\u00fablica e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do olhar no Brasil\u201d (\u201cPublic Photography and the Modernization of Viewing in Brazil).
