Ganhou os pr\u00eamios Ibram de Arte Contempor\u00e2nea (2012), Projets de Cr\u00e9ation Artistique (2011), Marc Ferrez de Fotografia (2010), ConradoWessel de Arte (2008). Publicou os livros Puls\u00e3o Esc\u00f3pica (2012), Peso Morto (2010) e Paisagem Submersa (2008). Tem obras nos acervos do MAM-S\u00e3o Paulo, MAM-Bahia, do Mus\u00e9e du Quai Branly Paris, no Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography, dentre outros. \u00c9 representado por Galeria Celma Albuquerque (MG) e Zipper Galeria (SP). \u00c9 mestre em Artes Visuais pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Jo\u00e3o Castilho is a visual artist, and has worked on\u00a0<i>Puls\u00e3o Esc\u00f3pica\u00a0<\/i>(Scopic Drive, 2012),\u00a0<i>Peso Morto\u00a0<\/i>(Dead Weight, 2010) and\u00a0<i>Paisagem Submersa\u00a0<\/i>(Submerged Landscape, 2008). His works integrate the collections of noteworthy<span id=\"more-347\"><\/span>\u00a0venues, such as the Museums of Modern Art of S\u00e3o Paulo and Salvador (Brazil), the Mus\u00e9e du Quai Branly in Paris (France), and the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography (Japan). He has held individual exhibitions at the Zipper Galeria (S\u00e3o Paulo), the 1500 Gallery (New York), the Galeria Celma Albuquerque and the Museu de Arte da Pampulha (Belo Horizonte, MG), the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation (PE), among others.
