Nessa s\u00e9rie traz montagens de totens e monumentos feitos por ele pr\u00f3prio, representando a exterioriza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cultura e biografia social prec\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p>Martha&#8217;s Vineyard (EUA)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Material World is my response to our contemporary consumer milieu. By treating these artifacts of consumer culture as Duchampian-inspired Assisted Readymades, I photograph assemblages,\u00a0<span id=\"more-4806\"><\/span>constructed by my own hand to form monuments and totems that serve as precarious externalizations of culture and social biography. Modeling Marx\u2019s concept, the photographs of the totems then act as symbolic mirrors, points of reflection for my own contemplative gaze and that of society\u2019s.
