O setor educativo do Festival Internacional de Fotografia de Belo Horizonte (FIF-BH) estrutura-se em torno de ações consistentes que estimulam a mediação cultural, a fruição das obras, e possibilitam que o público, utilizando suas próprias percepções, experiências e repertório, unidos ao conteúdo das informações oferecidas, possa ampliar seu universo de compreensão sobre a arte.

KIT / EPV – Explorando as Poéticas Visuais
Serão promovidos encontros de formação com os professores de escolas da rede pública de Belo Horizonte. Os encontros têm por objetivo preparar os professores para visitação da mostra internacional com seus alunos e para a utilização do KIT educativo oferecido pelo FIF, material de apoio para ser utilizado em sala de aula. Serão trabalhadas questões sobre o universo da imagem, o processo fotográfico, suas funções e presença da linguagem fotográfica nas artes contemporâneas.

Visitas para professores
Durante o funcionamento da exposição, serão oferecidas visitas especiais aos professores da rede pública de ensino, conduzidas pelos coordenadores do Projeto Educativo. Dando seguimento à formação desenvolvida ao longo de dois meses, pretende-se preparar os professores para a visita à exposição com seus alunos.

Visitas orientadas para grupos
O festival conta com uma equipe de arte-educadores que possibilitam um diálogo e experimentações nas visitas orientadas a grupos de alunos e visitantes, mediante agendamento prévio.

O festival conta com uma equipe de arte-educadores instruídos para conduzir visitas orientadas, esclarecer dúvidas e guiar os visitantes ao longo de sua visitação à mostra internacional.

The educational sector of the Belo Horizonte International Photography Festival (FIF-BH) is structured on consistent actions which stimulate cultural mediation and enjoyment from the works, and allow visitors to expand their universal comprehension of art, through their personal perceptions, experiences and repertoire, combined with the content of the offered information.

KIT / EPV – Exploring Visual Poetics
During the months of February and March, formation meetings will be promoted with public school teachers of Belo Horizonte. These meetings have the objective of preparing teachers for visitations to the international exhibit with their students, and utilizing the educational KIT offered by FIF, a supporting material to be used in the classroom. There will be an exploration of topics on the universe of image, the photographic process, their functions and the presence of photographic language in modern arts.

Visitations for teachers
On July XX and XX, special visits will be offered to public school teachers, conducted by the coordinators of the Educational Project. Following the formation developed over the course of two months, the objective is to prepare teachers for visitations to the exhibit with their students.

Group-oriented visitations
The Festival has a staff composed of art educators, which allows for a dialogue and experimentations in group-oriented visitations by students and visitors, provided that they were scheduled in advance.

Visiting hours: Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Guides:
The Festival has a staff composed of art educators, who are instructed to conduct guided visits, answer questions and guide the visitors throughout their visitation to the international exhibit.

Guided visits with curators
Over the duration of the international exhibition, the curators of the Festival will conduct guided visits to the Great International Exhibit. Those interested may register in advance at the website, or take their admission at the reception of the exhibition. There will be a limit of 30 people per group.
